What classes are available for Pre School Children?

Dance With Me- Mondays 4-4:45pm

A great option for parents who want to join in the experience with their child! It is a lovely chance to bond with your child and help to guide them through the class.

Disney Dance- Tuesdays 4:45-5:30pm

Perfect for Disney fans! With the later time slot and a wider age range (2-6 years) it is also a great option if you have more than one child so that they can dance together in the same class! Similarly, we have our Junior Workshop running on a Tuesday so you also have the option to have your children's classes run back-to-back if you have a Pre School aged child and a Primary aged child.

Diddy Dancers- Thursdays 3:15-4pm

Our longest running Pre School class! Perfect for students of Aston-on-Trent Pre School as they are able to come straight through to dance after finishing Pre School as we are in the same building. Also a great option for parents who would like to drop off their Pre School child with us and then go and pick up any Primary aged children from school.

What do students learn in Pre School Classes?

Students learn and play through music and movement, using pretend play and a number of props including our ever popular parachute and bubble machine! Each class has a particular theme whether it be a story such as Encanto or The Princess and the Frog, a specific piece of equipment/prop we are using that day or a certain step we are focussing on.

Are parents allowed to stay and watch these classes?

Due to the age of the students in this class, parents are encouraged to stay and even participate in certain activities, however this is not a requirement if you need to leave.

What are students required to wear to class?

It is mandatory for students to wear a CCC Dance and Fitness T-Shirt, these can be purchased here-

Students tend to wear their T-Shirt over a Black Leotard and wear either a Black Dance Skirt or Black Leggings

There are also CCC Dance and Fitness Sweatshirts and Hoodies available to purchase, however these are not mandatory.

Pink Ballet Shoes with Elastics are the only necessary footwear in these classes. We have a box of second hand shoes that you are welcome to look through to see if we have the appropriate size for your child, these can be borrowed and returned once your child has grown out of them. We also have some stock of our own that you can check out here-

If we do not have any of the sizes you require or you would prefer new shoes, you can purchase them and any other class specific items here-
